How to Pay your TRPOA Invoice
A Faster, More Convenient Way to Pay
Historically, TRPOA annual assessments—which cover vital community needs like road maintenance, meadow upkeep, administrative costs, and insurance—were handled strictly via mail. While traditional mail-in checks are still accepted, the new online system brings a highly requested layer of modern convenience to the community.
Key features of the new Thompson Ridge Online Pay platform include:
- Flexible Card Payments: Pay your annual dues instantly using major credit or debit cards.
- Instant Confirmations: Receive peace of mind with immediate digital receipts sent straight to your email.
- Secure Access 24/7: Built with top-tier financial encryption, the portal allows you to view your balance and pay at whatever time works best for you.
- Track Payment History: Log in at any time to view, download, or print your past transaction records for your personal bookkeeping.
Payment Details & Processing Fees
To support the ongoing operation, security, and advancement of our digital services, please note that all online transactions are subject to a 10% non-refundable processing fee.
Rather than just covering standard card transaction costs, this fee directly funds:
- The Payment Infrastructure: Ensures data encryption and secure processing for every transaction.
- Continuous Platform Development: Supports the engineering of new digital features and site updates to keep JemezVillage.com running smoothly.
- Community Accessibility: Keeps the digital portal available 24/7 for property owners worldwide.
Property owners who wish to avoid this 10% fee are welcome to continue using our traditional, fee-free payment method by mailing a physical check to the TRPOA address listed below.
Investing Back Into Our Community
“Maintaining our shared spaces, especially our mountain roads and common meadows, is what keeps Thompson Ridge Estates such a special place to live and visit,” noted the TRPOA. “By introducing an online payment option on JemezVillage.com/trpoa/, we are making it as effortless as possible for our property owners—whether they live here full-time or own a seasonal getaway—to stay up-to-date and support our community’s upkeep.”
How to Access and Pay Your Invoice
Property owners have two quick and easy ways to access the new payment system online:

- Click or hover over the teal “My account” dropdown menu in the top navigation bar.
- Select “Community Dashboard” from the dropdown options.
- On the left-hand sidebar menu of your dashboard, click on “Invoices”.
- Locate the specific invoice you owe from the list, and click the orange “View / Print / Pay” button under the Actions column to complete your secure payment.
Option 2: Direct Quick Pay Link
If you prefer to go straight to the payment page without navigating through your personal dashboard, you can visit the direct link:
For those who still prefer traditional methods, payments can continue to be mailed to the standard TRPOA mailing address: 725 Aspen Drive, Jemez Springs, NM 87025.
For questions regarding your specific dues, multiple lot discounts, or troubleshooting the online portal, please reach out to the HOA board through the contact directory listed on JemezVillage.com.
