he Bound Heart: Mixed Metal Copper & Silver Cage Pendant
This extraordinary piece transforms the simple heart symbol into a complex, evocative work of art. This handcrafted pendant features a structured heart outline made from bold raw copper, interlaced with contrasting silver-toned wire that forms an intricate, caged or bound interior.
Key Features & Symbolism:
-
Mixed Metal Artistry: The rich, warm raw copper provides the core structure and grounding energy, while the bright, contrasting silver wire adds visual complexity and highlights the abstract inner design. This blend of metals gives the piece depth and versatility.
-
Caged/Bound Heart: The design evokes powerful symbolism of a “Caged Heart,” representing deep protection, endurance, or perhaps the complexity of passion. This aesthetic is highly sought after within the Gothic, Rustic, and Abstract Art communities.
-
Intricate Wire Sculpture: This pendant is a testament to the artisan’s skill, featuring layers of wirework that create a dynamic, 3D structure. The size, approximately 1.75 inches tall, makes it a bold statement piece.
-
Energy Flow: As a mixed-metal conductor, this piece is believed to harmonize different energies, promoting spiritual grounding (copper) and intuitive clarity (silver).
-
Unique Gift: This pendant is an unforgettable gift for someone who appreciates abstract symbolism, complex wire art, or emotionally resonant jewelry.
