Jemez Mountain Brewhouse

After a day of soaking in the hot springs, hiking the red rock canyons, or exploring the Valles Caldera, there is no better place to unwind than the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse. Located in the heart of Jemez Springs inside a historic, beautifully converted old firehouse, this local hotspot is the ultimate community gathering place. Combining world-class artisan pizza with fresh, house-brewed New Mexico craft beer, it offers an authentic mountain-pub experience that welcomes locals and travelers alike.

Why You’ll Love It

• Artisan Handcrafted Pizza: Widely regarded as some of the best pizza in Northern New Mexico. Their pies feature a secret 30-year-old family sauce recipe and a specialized crust made using imported Italian Caputo flour and triple-filtered Jemez spring water. (Gluten-free cauliflower crust and vegan options are available!)
• On-Site Craft Brewing: Sip on fresh, house-made beers brewed right on the premises. From their refreshing Midnight Moonlight Pale Ale to the bold Trail Stomper IPA and rich Red Rocks IPA, there is a style for every palate.
• A True Community Vibe: Embracing a traditional European pub philosophy, you won’t find distracting, loud TVs here. Instead, enjoy a relaxed, conversation-friendly atmosphere, local live music events, and a great outdoor seating area.

Good to Know

• To-Go Suds: Want to take the brewery experience back to your cabin or campsite? They offer 32 oz. crowler cans to go.
• Family Friendly: It’s a welcoming space for the whole family after a long day of outdoor mountain adventures.
• Seasonal Hours: Because hours can occasionally shift depending on the season, we always recommend checking their social media pages or giving them a call before heading up the canyon!
