All items from NewMexiGirl Designs are hand-crafted and packaged with care, requiring a standard 1–3 business days for handling before shipment. Shipments are fulfilled via the United States Postal Service (USPS), offering USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 days) for economical delivery or USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days) for expedited service. Shipping costs are calculated via a Table Rate system based on total weight, mail class, and destination, and are assessed per vendor if the customer purchases items from multiple shops. All shipping fees are considered taxable in compliance with state regulations where the unique, handmade product itself is taxable.
Refund Policy
NewMexiGirl Designs accepts returns initiated within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, provided the handmade goods are returned unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging, with the exception of custom commissioned pieces, personalized items, or final sale/clearance goods. To return an item, the customer must first contact NewMexiGirl Designs directly via the Jemez Village site to receive approval and the return shipping address, acknowledging that the customer is responsible for all non-refundable return shipping costs. Once the returned products are inspected and approved by NewMexiGirl Designs, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
