Special Events
Join us for our Scratch and Scratch Jr coding event every Friday in March at 11am. This event is open to children and teens aged 5-18. Participants can bring their own devices or borrow one from the library.

Venue
The Jemez Springs Public Library is a charming and well-supported community resource located in the scenic village of Jemez Springs, New Mexico. Nestled in the Jemez Valley, the library is set along a running river and is adjacent to a historic bathhouse fed by hot springs. The library offers a wide range of services and resources to residents and visitors, including a collection of bestsellers, magazines, and books by local and New Mexico writers.
The library is staffed by one full-time and one part-time employee, supported by over 40 volunteers. It features a cozy children’s area, a dedicated young adult room, and a welcoming circulation counter. The library also hosts various programs and events, such as the popular Tri-Cultural Authors Symposium. With its beautiful surroundings and strong community support, the Jemez Springs Public Library is a beloved institution that continues to serve the diverse needs of its patrons.
