A community tradition returns TWO MONTHS from today!
The 22nd Annual Jemez Mountain Trail Sale is October 18-19, 2025. For those new to the community, the Trail Sale is an annual miles-long yard sale that runs along NM State Hwy 4 through the beautiful Jemez Valley from San Ysidro to La Cueva and beyond. In addition to the main highway, you will find yard sales in Ponderosa, Gilman, Sierra Los Piños, on Hwy 126 and Thompson Ridge. Our good neighbors in Cuba NM will also be joining us again this year.
All Jemez Valley residents are invited and encouraged to participate in the Trail Sale by having a yard sale on your own property. For those of you who live outside the Valley, far from Hwy 4 or if you just want to join in the fun of selling with others, consider selling at one of the many Cluster Locations located throughout the Valley.
This is a only a partial list; this list will be updated as more locations become available. Each location is independently operated; the contact person can answer all your questions for that location.

These Cluster Locations are listed south to north along the Valley. All selling spaces are outside. This is an all-weather event.

- Please KEEP PETS LEASHED AT ALL TIMES.
- Please do not just drop off items or leave your items unattended.
- Please do the right thing and plan to haul off all of your unsold items & trash when you finish selling.
- Please do not set up on private property without the owner’s permission.
